Some of our policies are:
It is a system of flexible benefits for our employees, based on points assigned annually. Points can be exchanged for snacks, experiences, and time off according to each employee's interests.
Points are assigned when the employee acquires a permanent contract. At the same time, these points have a duration of one year, where every 31 December the annual points expire and on 1 January the points of the new year are assigned, without accumulating to the previous ones in case of having available balance.
Time off is limited to a maximum of 1,000 points for exchange, being for half a day for administrative collaborators and for a full day for personnel working shifts.
We have a Donations, Contributions, Sponsorship and Patronage Policy that provides a systematic and transparent order for the request and management of these types of activities, in line with our Crime Prevention Model.
This policy establishes that the Sustainability area is the direct channel for the processes of donations, contributions, sponsorships and patronage, which may be requested by individuals, legal entities or organizations duly constituted and authorized in accordance with current legislation. In response to each request, the Sustainability area will carry out an assessment of the background of the applicants considered for the possible benefits, ensuring that the contributions destined for the beneficiaries are appropriately directed to the specific initiative being supported.
For this, there are different definitions depending on the application: Donation implies the delivery of money or goods without consideration, directed to authorized charities. Contribution, a voluntary gift with no expectation of benefits or publicity. As for sponsorship, the company supports advertising events by receiving visibility and an itemized invoice. Finally, patronage authorizes the use of the brand without contributions, bringing prestige to the company without involving financial resources.
Each employee of our organization and logistics chain has the duty to act preventively by lifting his or her hand to any activity that represents a risk to the health, safety of people and the environment.
If a situation of this type is identified, we must: stop work, report what happened, analyze, plan and correct the deviation without generating exposure to risks. This individual and collective commitment is essential to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment for all people working at TPS.
